Ural Airlines recommends arriving 1 hour 30 minutes before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights to complete check-in and necessary controls.
Check-in for all flights closes 40 minutes before departure. Passengers can check in at airport counters or self-service kiosks, which open 48 hours and close 1 hour before departure.
Online check-in is available 24 hours before departure and ends 2 hours prior for direct scheduled flights. However, it is not offered for flights departing from Dubai, Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, Daman, Beijing, or Harbin. Self-check-in requires the order number, ticket number, or passport details.

Passengers living with reduced mobility can arrange assistance via phone (8-800-77-00-262) during booking. Russian airports provide free support, while international airports may impose fees. Staff assist from check-in to boarding, with wheelchairs checked as baggage. Advance coordination ensures seamless travel, including medical escort and cabin accommodation.

Passengers must initiate the process at least 40 minutes before departure by selecting “Make a return,” choosing “Voluntary,” and following prompts to calculate and confirm the refund amount. Forced refunds apply in cases of illness, death, or flight schedule changes.
