Mandarin Airlines is a Taiwanese regional airline based in Taiwan. The airline was a joint venture of China Airlines and Koos Group, Mandarin operates on both domestic and regional international flights and while China Airlines focuses on international operations. Mandarin Airlines also offers charter service to its customers. The airline is a StarTeam affiliate as China Airline is their parent company.

Class of Travel
Mandarin Airlines provides two classes of travel
Business Class- Mandarin Airlines offers guests recliner seats which not only provide comfort but also privacy during the time onboard. Passengers can enjoy access to a private lounge with a Business class ticket.
Economy Class- Mandarin Airlines offers passengers air-con, overhead storage bins and back-of-seat trays. Guests can choose from a range of snacks and beverages available onboard with the buy-on-board menu. Passengers can relax in the recliner padded seats which offer comfort and luxury.
Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 30-35 kgs for checked-in luggage.
Royal class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 40 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Dyanasty Flyer is the flyer program of China Airline which offers members access to VIP lounges, an upgradable ticket to various classes and extra baggage allowance. Mandarin Airlines passengers can avail this flyer program to earn miles on the go.
In-flight Services
Guest can choose hot and cold inflight meals which consist of meals, beverages and alcoholic drinks. Guest in Business and Economy class receive hot towels, duvets and pillow. Meals can be bought with the buy-on-board menu as there is no facility to pre-book meals.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 3 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 3 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
Mandarin Airlines provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children are requested to read the airlines policy prior to boarding.
Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through
Mandarin Airlines sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
