About
All Nippon Airways is the largest airline in Japan which is headquartered in Shiodome City Centre in the Shiodome area of Minato, Tokyo, Japan. The airline has a fleet size of 235 which operates to over 97 destinations, both domestic and internationally. ANA is the largest shareholder in Peach, a low-cost carrier joint venture with Hong Kong company First Eastern Investment Group. All Nippon became a member of the Star Alliance in 1999, the flight initially operated between Osaka and Tokyo. This first scheduled flight was flown by a Japanese pilot in postwar Japan.
Class of Travel
All Nippon Airways provides two classes of travel
First Class- The First Class cabin has been designed to provide utmost comfort in privacy and comfort. The seats have their side doors which let a guest have their own personal space.
Business Class- All Nippon offer Business class passengers with lie-flat design with their preferred angle. The cabin is equipped with Bed pad, comforter and pillow offer extra comfort which induces a good nights sleep.
Premium Economy Class- The Premium Economy seats which provide comfortable and spacious dimensions. The seats also have been equipped with an adjustable personal light, universal power port and a USB port.
Economy Class- All Nippon has redesigned the economy seating from a fixed back shell to a slimmed down seat which provides more legroom.
Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 23kgs for checked-in luggage.
Business and First class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 32kgs for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Programme
AMA Mileage Club is the frequent flyer program which allows members to earn and use miles while travelling in group-operated flights of Star Alliance and other ANA partner airlines. The Mileage Club has a Digital card which allows in easy usage of self-check-in machines and can use SKiP services for Japan domestic flights.
In-flight Services
All Nippon Airways provides guests with state of the art in-flight entertainment which feature blockbusters, latest special TV shows and special features from around the world. All Nippon also has original and collaborated show that guests can sit back and listen. All passengers are given noise cancelling Sony headphones, Business class are provided with a portable media player with HDD which is used for personal entertainment. ANA SKY SHOP offers in-flight duty-free services which offer a wide selection of products at affordable prices. Pillow and letter sets are given to all passengers across classes. Passengers can book special meals 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure using the ANA website.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
All Nippon Airways provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through All Nippon Airways sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
